After calling around to a few places to get an oil change, we were finally able to get a hold of someone at a nearby Walmart that could do the job for us. It turns out that they have an extra large bay for large vehicle service. However, once we got there, the service tech did not want to do the job. Eventually, after going through the RV operations manual the manager of the service area was a bee to coerse the technician into performing the job.

While the RV was being serviced, we caught up on some much needed shopping. While Kristen and the boys weren't shopping for groceries, Rachel and I did our on thing. We wound up finding some really good fishing supplies that would make our future river and lake visits a lot more enjoyable.

After about 90 minutes, the RV oil change was complete and we packed up and we headed back to the highway. After traveling south for a few miles, we crossed the border into South Dakota.

We drove by a whole lot of middle-of-nowhere, so somewhere outside of Pierre, SD when we came upon this house being towed down the highway it was quite a sight. It was a slow go, but we actually enjoyed being first in line behind this massive lane clogger. As you might imagine, this was no small operation. There were several warning vehicles in front of and behind this large moving structure. While it created a long procession of cars behind us, the worst of it was the other side. Oncoming vehicles were literally run off the road into the shoulder and sometimes into the grass. After about 20 minutes, the house filled over to let the long train of cars pass.

This is the majority of what South Dakota had to offer. Open fields and clear blue skies. It was beautiful.

Another day and another KOA campground. We made a quick dinner and then the kids played around on the swings,

As darkness approached, we were greeted with arguable the best sunset of the entire trip.
